1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing erinteachesenglish.com or enrolling in any grammar, vocabulary, or literature class or bootcamp associated with erinteachesenglish.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the services or download materials.

2. Educational Services & Mentor Relationship

  • Educational Purpose: All content, including the “Literary Landscapes” project, morphology cheat sheets, and other lead magnets, is for educational and informational purposes only.

  • No Legal Advice: Although the founder is a licensed attorney, use of this site or enrollment in courses does not create an attorney-client relationship. No legal advice is provided.

  • No Guarantees: While these courses aim to improve academic vocabulary, grammar, and literary analysis, no specific results on standardized testing or academic grades are guaranteed.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All materials, including morphology cheat sheets, blog posts, and course curricula, are the intellectual property of Erin Teaches English.

  • License: You are granted a non-transferable, limited license to use downloaded materials for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may not redistribute or sell these materials.

4. Student Conduct & Safety

  • Age Requirement: Services are intended for middle and high school students. Users under 18 must have the consent of his or her parent or guardian.

  • Classroom Integrity: Disruptive behavior during live bootcamps and classes may result in removal from the session without a refund.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Fees: Fees for bootcamps, classes, or digital downloads are due at the time of purchase or registration.

  • Refund Policy:ย  A full refund will be granted if an attendee cancels at least 48 hours before class begins.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erin Teaches English shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site or participation in courses.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Virginia.
